Christine Atwood is an Attorney in our Litigation Practice Group focusing in the area of insurance defense litigation. She provides clients with legal advice and guidance to obtain favorable outcomes. Christine is well organized, and attentive, ensuring documentation and litigation proceedings go through the proper channels for maximized efficiency. She is consistently seeking to identify areas of potential or existing issues to provide actionable recommendations on process improvement to avoid liability, in accordance with legal options. Christine has experience with mandatory and binding arbitration, complex mediation and settlement conferences, and both civil and criminal jury trials.
Christine leverages a unique background in marketing and event management to provide counsel to a variety of industries, including arena events, concert promotion, and fundraising. She uses her communication skills to execute detailed research and due diligence, efficiently collecting pertinent evidence, and circumstantial data.
Christine holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma and was the Executive Vice President of the student bar association during her time there. She is an avid Oklahoma Sooners Fan and enjoys spending her free time cooking, hiking, and following college football.
Christine is admitted to practice with the state bar of Nevada and the United States District Court, District of Nevada. She is a member of the Howard McKibben Inn of Court, as well as Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity.
