Ms. Enck is a civil litigator with broad experience handling healthcare, privacy, employment, governmental regulation, and public policy issues. Ms. Enck has experience in all stages of the litigation process, from pretrial investigation through trial and appeal. As a former Assistant Attorney General, Ms. Enck brings a unique perspective that allows her to evaluate issues from multiple viewpoints. Ms. Enck previously represented professional licensing boards within the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. Ms. Enck also served as general counsel for several state agencies. In that capacity Ms. Enck provided risk management advice, including strategic and operational guidance on a variety of topics.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Enck worked in a community mental health facility. That experience makes her especially sensitive to the mental and emotional stress that can come from involvement in legal proceedings. Ms. Enck approaches her clients with compassion and honesty to pursue the best possible outcomes in difficult situations.
