Alex’s multi-faceted litigation practice focuses on various issues including construction defect, real estate, bad faith insurance litigation, breach of contract, director and officer liability, personal injury, and various business and commercial disputes. He also provides general corporate representation to select clients and has successfully litigated complex administrative writs and other municipal law issues.
Alex also has vast experience representing homeowners in a variety of cases, including claims for violations of the Davis-Stirling Act, breach of CC&Rs, nuisance, and trespass.
