Jilliane Jackson’s practice primarily focuses on civil litigation matters with an emphasis in the defense of products liability, premise liability, and construction litigation.
Ms. Jackson graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property. During law school, Ms. Jackson externed for the Honorable Judge Randa Trapp in the Superior Court of San Diego. She also served as the Chief of Staff and Vice Chair for the Western Region of the National Black Law Students Association, and Treasurer and President of University of San Diego School of Law’s Black Law Student Association.
Prior to joining Messner Reeves, Ms. Jackson was an associate at IPLA where she practiced trademark prosecution, enforcement, Litigation, and portfolio management, and Alverson Taylor and Sanders where she practiced civil defense litigation with an emphasis in premises liability, transportation law, and personal injury.
Ms. Jackson is a member of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys, and the Honorable J. Clifford Wallace Inn of Court. In her spare time, Ms. Jackson volunteers with Critical Care Comics.

Publications and Speaking Engagements
Ms. Jackson volunteers with Critical Care Comics, which is a non-profit that delivers toys and comics to terminally ill and sick children in hospitals around Las Vegas. Everyone dresses up as super heroes while delivering the toys and comics to give the kids a distraction from the hardships they are going through. She also helps the non-profit in its efforts to raise money to create a scholarship for childhood cancer survivors.
