Mr. Mersereau is a seasoned litigator with over a decade of experience handling a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters. He is uniquely experienced in representing both plaintiffs and defendants through all facets of litigation. Mr. Mersereau is experienced with mediation, binding arbitration, and has second chair trial experience. He is praised by his clients for creatively finding solutions for even the most difficult cases and consistently providing exceptional results.

Prior to joining Messner Reeves, Mr. Mersereau represented developers and subcontractors in defense of construction defect claims and various businesses in defense of personal injury and product defect claims.

Mr. Mersereau earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University and his Juris Doctor degree from University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Mr. Mersereau is admitted to practice law in all California State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California.
