Keith L. Allen
Partner
Keith L. Allen is a partner with the Orange County office of Messner Reeves, where his practice focuses on insurance defense and litigation. He brings over 27 years of personal injury law experience representing plaintiffs and defendants, giving him a unique perspective when evaluating cases for his clients today.
Before joining the legal profession and the Messner Reeves team, Keith fulfilled a lifelong dream of working as a naval aviator for the U.S. Navy. He served his country during the Gulf War in Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Shield.
Keith earned his bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the State University of New York at Old Westbury. He received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
Keith is currently admitted to practice before all Courts in California, before the Eastern and Central Districts of the Ninth Circuit of the Federal Courts, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington D.C. Additionally, he has successfully argued before the U.S. District Court of Appeal and the Central District of California.
Outside of his legal work, he enjoys spending time skiing and camping with his son, going to classic rock concerts, rebuilding a classic Camaro for his son, and doing DIY projects on his house.
