Megan E. Wessel

Download BioMegan Wessel is a member of the firm’s litigation group; she focuses on civil litigation and works on many general liability cases including premises liability and negligent security. She is admitted to practice law in both Nevada and California. Megan practices in all courts within Nevada, all state courts in California, United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Megan obtained her J.D. from Chapman Law School in California in 2015 and moved to Las Vegas shortly thereafter. She began her career working in personal injury litigation almost seven years ago and has been working to defend these actions for the past five years now.
Megan has successfully litigated and negotiated various high exposure matters and received excellent results for clients in premises liability, landlord/tenant, products, and other general negligence matters.
