Sarah J. Donahue
Partner
Ms. Sarah Donahue is a Partner in the firm’s litigation practice group. The foundation of Ms. Donahue’s approach to her cases is a deliberative analysis of the benefits and risks presented through litigation, with an eye to smart and effective long-term solutions. Her practice focuses on all aspects of real estate litigation, from initial demands and dispute resolution through trial or arbitration and appeal. Sarah builds on her past experience in civil litigation to assist clients ranging from individuals to large national developers. Ms. Donahue also has extensive appellate experience to federal and state courts of review.
Before joining Messner Reeves, she practiced as a general civil litigator in Denver and San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Donahue also represented the Attorney General in the Colorado Department of Law’s consumer protection unit. She graduated from the University of Texas School of Law.
