The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience drafting and arguing motions.
- Assist with a caseload of predominately construction defect and general liability insurance defense litigation.
- Proficiency in taking depositions, hearing attendance and trial preparation.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- The ability to prioritize and to work independently.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
- Established a book of business with the desire to continue the grow their practice through the full support of the firm.
Pay Range:
$115,000- $185,000
