On February 18, our team of Phoenix attorneys had the opportunity to attend, sponsor and present at the 2022 Arizona Society for Human Resources Management Law Conference.
Julie A. Pace spoke at three sessions for which the topics covered were:
- Compliance Audits and Interplay of the Americans with Disabilities Act
- Family Medical Leave Act
- Worker’s Comp
Heidi Nunn-Gilman spoke at four sessions, that covered the following topics:
- Compliance Audit
- New Laws
- Current Regulations
While David A. Selden, director at the State SHRM council as the legislative representative, spoke at the advocacy conference with the legislature. Associate Mason McCarthy also joined his peers and spoke at the new laws and regulations session.
