David Pritchett & Michael Edwards Secure Summary Judgement for Luxury Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

Congratulations to David Pritchett and Michael Edwards for securing a summary judgment on behalf of a luxury Las Vegas hotel & casino property regarding a slip and fall premises liability negligence action.

The plaintiff allegedly slipped on a liquid on the property’s marble floors resulting in prominent personal injuries. Despite this, she left the scene and reported it several hours later. The only evidence provided was witness testimony contributed by several of the plaintiff’s family members.

As Dave walked through the evidence, he spotlighted how the witnesses’ testimony surrounding the underlying circumstances was impossible and the plaintiff was unable to prove constructive notice. The court agreed and granted summary judgment on behalf of the property.
