As part of the Las Vegas Litigation Practice Group, Finch’s practice is mainly dedicated to defending corporations, insurers, and their insureds. Finch specializes in representing up-and-coming enterprises as well as small, niche business owners. Her work focuses on providing counsel in structuring their businesses and ensuring compliance with local and state laws and risk management standards. Her practice also includes prosecuting civil actions involving insurance fraud and conspiracy among litigants and care providers. Finch holds a leadership position in the 3M mass torts litigation. Finch’s representative clients include MGM, Liberty Mutual, Allstate, Massage Envy, J&B Trucking, and State Farm.
