Las Vegas Team Secures Second Successful Verdict

Congratulations to Las Vegas Associate Steven Knauss and Partner Christina Mundy-Mamer on their most recent trial win. Originating in 2019, Osorio vs. Brewer was a disputed liability case. The plaintiff requested a verdict of $100,000. After deliberating for five hours over the course of two days the jury found the defendant was not at fault for the accident and awarded zero damages. This was Mundy-Mamer’s fourth jury trial and Knauss’ first.
