Messner Reeves LLP Sponsors the Asian Law Alliance 49th Anniversary Celebration

Messner Reeves LLP was proud to sponsor the 49th Anniversary Celebration of the Asian Law Alliance (ALA), held on March 26 in San Jose. Partner Ann Nguyen attended the event on behalf of the firm.

Since 2017, Messner Reeves has been an annual sponsor of the event, which raises much-needed funds to support ALA programs assisting immigrants, victims of harassment, violence, and abuse, individuals with limited English proficiency, and other underserved communities. Over 1.2 million Santa Clara County residents receive assistance from the ALA, whose staff and volunteers speak a range of languages in addition to English, such as Vietnamese, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Korean, Urdu, and more.

Partner Ann Nguyen represents individuals, businesses, and national and international corporations in a wide range of transactional and litigation matters. As a litigator, she has represented clients in administrative hearings, private arbitrations, as well as in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels.

Ann has long been involved in her local legal community and has served as an officer and member of several boards and committees of professional organizations, such as the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley, the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California, the Vietnamese American Professional Women Association and the Asian Law Alliance.
