Also holding an MBA, Matt specializes in medical, restaurant/hospitality, corporate, and banking and financial matters, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge of the intersection between law and business.

He is experienced in commercial leasing, purchase and sale agreements, acquisitions and a wide range of other real estate matters.
