Messner Reeves Welcomes Two New Associates to Orange County Office

We’re thrilled to give a warm welcome to our newest associate attorneys at our Orange County office, Lana Lukyanov and Jennifer Berneking.

With an incredibly diverse background and strong experience in litigation, Lukyanov’s practice encompasses a broad range of practice areas including real estate, litigation, labor & employment, insurance defense, corporate, business litigation, and banking and financial institutions. Prior to joining Messner Reeves, Lukyanov represented a wide range of business organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and California school districts, while focusing on the defense of employment cases. 

Having been practicing law for over 25 years in California, Berneking solely focuses on labor & employment and litigation matters. Berneking is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern and Eastern Districts of California. She received her B.A., Cum Laude, in Political Science from Wellesley College in 1990 and her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1993.
