After a 5 day jury trial in a first party statutory delay case in which the plaintiff was seeking over $1.5mm, the jury returned a complete verdict for the defense. The jury found that the plaintiff had materially breached the contract with her insurer by not providing it with timely, complete and accurate information in support of her claim.
