Susan Lee

Susan Lee is an associate in the Las Vegas office of Messner Reeves LLP, where her practice focuses on litigation and insurance defense.

Susan has extensive experience managing high-volume caseloads from inception through resolution, including settlement negotiations and trial preparation. Her work includes drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and client evaluations, as well as conducting and defending depositions, interviewing witnesses, reviewing medical records, and attending court hearings. She has handled a wide range of personal injury matters and related litigation issues.

Before joining Messner Reeves, Susan practiced insurance defense in Las Vegas, where she represented clients in civil litigation matters and developed a strong foundation in case strategy, discovery, and motion practice. Her earlier legal experience includes work with a family law self-help center, assisting individuals with court procedures and legal forms, as well as clerking at a personal injury firm, where she supported demand preparation and litigation filings.

Susan earned her JD from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she was active in public interest and community service programs and served as a divorce course instructor. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from UNLV, graduating with honors. Susan is admitted to practice in Nevada.

Outside of her legal practice, Susan brings a unique professional background, having worked for many years in the hospitality and casino industry in Las Vegas, an experience that sharpened her attention to detail, client service skills, and ability to perform under pressure.
