Brendan Rodman
Partner
Brendan P. Rodman is a partner in the Greenwood Village office of Messner Reeves, where his practice focuses on insurance defense and litigation.
With more than 20 years of experience, Brendan represents clients through all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediation, trial, and appeals. He has extensive experience handling first- and third-party insurance matters and is known for his thorough preparation, strategic case assessment, and steady courtroom presence.
Before joining the firm, Brendan served as a principal, partner, and managing attorney at Colorado-based firms where he focused on complex insurance defense litigation. He began his legal career as an associate attorney and previously served as a Deputy Clerk of Court, providing him with valuable insight into judicial procedure and case management.
Brendan earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he received certificates in Comparative and International Law and Public Policy Law. He holds a B.A. in History from DePauw University.
He is admitted to practice in Colorado and South Dakota, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Brendan is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Colorado Bar Foundation. He is active locally with the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.
