Nima Tahamzadeh
Associate
Nima Tahamzadeh is an associate in the Orange County office of Messner Reeves LLP, where his practice focuses on corporate law, labor and employment, litigation, and real estate.
Prior to joining Messner Reeves, Nima practiced at a national Am Law 100 firm, where he represented businesses in complex products liability and general liability matters. He has experience handling all phases of litigation, including legal research, drafting motions and memoranda, managing discovery, preparing mediation briefs and settlement agreements, taking depositions, and assisting with trial preparation.
Before entering private practice, Nima gained experience through judicial and legal internships that provided broad exposure to litigation, business law, and real estate matters. He served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Philip P. Simon of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, where he reviewed memoranda, drafted court orders and opinions, and observed oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trials. He also advised and represented clients on business, nonprofit, and real estate matters through the Community Development Clinic at the University of Notre Dame Law School.
While earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame, Nima served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Legislation, worked as a teaching assistant in Business Law, and served as a research assistant to Professor Frederick Mostert while studying abroad in London. He also served as President of the Real Estate Law Society. Nima earned his Bachelor of Arts in Law, History, and Culture, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California, where he also completed a minor in Early Childhood Education.
