Associate Kristina Wright Recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers

Congratulations to our Associate Kristina Wright on her latest achievement – being recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.

Wright’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and internal investigations. Through this, she actively advises and counsels clients on compliance and preventive employment matters across a range of industries.

Her experience includes drafting employment and handbook policies, conducting internal investigations, defending employers in EEOC and state administrative proceedings, advising employers on compliance issues including wage and hour, PTO, internal complaint procedures and investigations, leave, OSHA and so much more.

Prior to joining Messner Reeves LLP, Kristina was the law clerk for the Honorable Richard Caschette and the Honorable Michael Spear in the 18th Judicial District of Colorado.
