Adam A. Schneider
Of Counsel
Adam A. Schneider is of counsel in the Las Vegas office of Messner Reeves, where his practice focuses on healthcare and insurance defense matters.
Adam brings nearly two decades of experience representing healthcare providers, medical practices, and hospitals in Nevada courts in professional negligence matters. His practice spans all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practice, and trial preparation. He has also represented attorneys in legal malpractice matters and regularly appears before state regulatory boards and medical executive committees on licensing, credentialing, and disciplinary issues.
In addition to his litigation practice, Adam has significant appellate experience, including successful appeals and writ petitions before the Nevada Supreme Court and Nevada Court of Appeals. He also serves as a moot court mentor for the Sam Boyd School of Law.
He earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Gonzaga University.
Adam is admitted to practice in Nevada and before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
Outside of his legal practice, Adam enjoys watching sports, finding the best new restaurants, and spending time with his wife and their three dogs.
