Ashley Walters practices civil defense litigation specifically in premises liability. She is licensed to practice in Nevada.
Ashley graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, she clerked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Civil Division. She also clerked at University of San Diego’s Legal Clinics in the Education and Disability Clinic. Prior to law school, Ashley attended California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo with a major in Political Science and a minor in Psychology.
Prior to joining the firm, Ashley was an associate at a small Nevada law firm where she also practiced civil defense litigation.
