Christian S. Myers
Associate
Christian S. Myers is an attorney with the Denver office of Messner Reeves, where he focuses his practice on general litigation, entertainment and sports law, business litigation, and healthcare litigation. The bulk of his practice involves defending skilled nursing and long-term care facilities and advising healthcare clients on risk management matters.
Additionally, he represents businesses and individuals in breach of contract cases and individuals in general negligence claims. He also advises coaches and professional athletes and coaches at both the professional and collegiate levels in a wide variety of areas related to their respective contracts.
Christian received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2014 and earned his J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law in 2021. During law school, he clerked in the Gangs and Special Prosecutions Division of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago. While in law school, Christian also completed an internship at a boutique baseball agency based in Pasadena, California where he received first hand insight into the contracts of professional baseball players.
Before using his passion for baseball and all sports in his legal practice, Christian lettered in baseball all four years at UNLV. Outside of the legal field, Christian is a volunteer baseball coach for a youth baseball team at Slammers Baseball in Highlands Ranch, CO.
A native Coloradan, Christian is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association. He’s licensed to practice in Colorado and before the U.S. District of Colorado Court.
Outside of his legal work, he gives back by serving on the board of Pitchers and Patriots: Honoring the Brave, a charity that has partnered with several military-based organizations. He also enjoys supporting all of the local sports teams and enjoys getting out to play golf at all times of the year.
