Edward D. Kania
Associate
Edward D. Kania is an associate attorney with the Las Vegas office of Messner Reeves, where his practice is focused on litigation. As an experienced litigator, he serves a range of Messner Reeves clients across all stages of cases.
Prior to joining the Messner Reeves LLP team, he built up a solo practice, where he served for 16 years years. During that time he represented property owners in landlord/tenant and eviction-related matters in both state and federal cases. He also served as the Director of Policy Development for the United States Telecom Association, where he assisted with a range of telecommunications legal issues.
Outside of his legal practice, Edward is an active runner. He’s completed two full marathons, including the New York City Marathon, and twenty-three half marathons.
Edward earned his B.A. from Connecticut College. He also holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and an LL.M. from Georgetown University.
