Matthew George is a trial attorney with a focus on complex civil litigation. He has extensive experience in all phases of litigation and has secured favorable jury verdicts and appellate decisions for his clients. Matt represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes and defends individuals and organizations in matters involving medical malpractice, legal malpractice, general liability, and employment claims. He practices in both state and federal courts, and his background includes numerous jury trials, binding arbitrations, and appellate arguments.
Matt has a deep passion for learning and relishes the opportunity to learn about new subjects and industries. He brings an analytical approach to every case, which allows him to identify critical issues and develop creative legal strategies that others may overlook. He has worked with clients from various sectors on cases involving business dissolution, construction defect, personal injury claims, and shareholder liability. His experience spans all stages of litigation, including discovery, motions practice, settlement negotiations, and trial. In addition, he has served as general counsel to hospitals and medical practices, advising on risk management, contract negotiations, crisis response, and corporate planning.
Matt lives in Denver and enjoys skiing, golfing, and exploring the Colorado mountains with his wife and their Bernese Mountain Dogs, Sonny and Billie.
