Helen Byrens
Associate
Helen Byrens has joined Messner Reeves LLP as an associate in the firm’s New York City office, where her practice focuses on general liability, commercial litigation, and insurance defense. She represents clients in complex disputes and provides strategic counsel through all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, court appearances, and settlement negotiations. Byrens earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), and her B.S. in Business Economics from the University of Arizona. She is admitted to practice in California and has passed the New York Bar Exam.
