Jack Hakim
Associate
Jack Hakim is an associate attorney of the Denver office of Messner Reeves, where his practice focuses on transactional and corporate law.
He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance/formation/restructuring, and real estate transactions. He has represented clients in a broad array of industries, including retail, restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, consumer products, and real estate, now leveraging that background to serve many different Messner Reeves clients.
Before joining the Messner Reeves team, Jack served as an executive in a privately held business involved in the design, manufacture, and distribution of consumer and pharmaceutical products both domestic and international. During his tenure there, that privately held business was also actively involved with holdings throughout the commercial, industrial, multifamily, and single family real estate sectors.
Jack holds a J.D. from Tulane University Law School and also earned his bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Legal Studies in Business from Tulane. He also maintains active membership with the Louisiana State Bar Association.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Jack enjoys hiking, skiing, fly fishing, biking, golfing, and playing rec league soccer with the Denver Soccer Society.
