Jacob A. Morgan
Associate
Jacob A. Morgan is an associate in the Greenwood Village office of Messner Reeves, where his practice focuses on corporate, intellectual property, labor and employment, litigation, and real estate cases.
Jacob earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Colorado State University in 2021 and received his juris doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2024. While in law school, he was active in the entrepreneurial law clinic, serving clients with startup formation and intellectual property concerns.
Prior to joining the Messner Reeves team as an associate, he spent two summers working for the firm as an intern. He brings previous experience and knowledge of the construction industry. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and fishing.
