Jessica B. Klayman
Associate
Jessica B. Klayman is an associate attorney with the Orange County office of Messner Reeves LLP. Her current practice areas include: corporate law, intellectual property, banking and financial institution claims, insurance defense, and litigation.
Ms. Klayman received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and her juris doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in both California and Florida.
Prior to joining the Messner Reeves team, Ms. Klayman’s practice area’s included: insurance defense litigation; transactional matters involving financial institutions; federal and state regulatory compliance; commercial real estate contracts; probate; intellectual property; consumer financial services; broker/dealer misconduct; entity formation, startup funding; federal securities laws and risk compliance; and privacy law.
Ms. Klayman strongly believes in a client-focused representation, and strives to maintain consistent and open communication with her clients while also prioritizing client advocacy, confidentiality, and informed decision making.
