Lance Hernandez
Associate
Lance Hernandez is an associate attorney with the Denver office of Messner Reeves where his practice focuses on litigation and construction. He brings extensive experience in all phases of litigation including discovery, motions drafting, depositions, alternative dispute resolution, mediation, and trial preparation. Lance has litigated disputes across various practice areas, including commercial litigation, construction, employment, intellectual property, class actions, fraud, consumer protection, defamation, and higher education.
Lance is active in the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association.
Lance earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from New Mexico Tech and his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law. Before law school, he worked as an aerospace, transportation, and energetic materials engineer.
