Lucik Minassian
Associate
Lucik Minassian is an associate in the Orange County office of Messner Reeves LLP, where her practice focuses on representing landlords in habitability cases and landlord-tenant disputes. Before joining Messner Reeves, Lucik worked as a Law and Motion Attorney in the Landlord/Tenant Department of another firm. There, she gained experience drafting and arguing motions and oppositions in residential unlawful detainers. Her experience also includes clerking in the Land Use Division of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, where she contributed to matters involving CEQA compliance and municipal land use policy.
Lucik earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law, where she was the Chief Financial Officer of the Moot Court Honors Board, Appellate Competition Finalist, member of the Pro Bono Honor Society, and receipt of Academic Excellence Awards in multiple courses. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. Outside of her practice, Lucik enjoys skiing and hiking. She is also fluent in Armenian.
