Jason, an associate of the Messner Reeves New York Office, specializes in asset and tax protection strategies, business or estate succession planning and elder law. He also represents clients in civil litigation matters and has a background in personal injury and employment law. Additionally, Jason advises clients on corporate formation and governance, as well as federal, state and local regulatory compliance for non-profit entities.
Jason is a native resident of New York’s Hudson Valley and a graduate of Marist College. Jason attended the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University after working as a paralegal for several years in a personal injury law firm. As a law student, Jason was a member of the editorial board of the Pace Law Review. In his free time, Jason enjoys carpentry, biking, and spending time with his family.
