Nate Hafen
Associate
Nathanael “Nate” Hafen is an associate with Messner Reeves LLP, where his practice focuses on litigation and healthcare matters, including medical malpractice.
Nate brings substantial trial and litigation experience, with a background in plaintiff-side medical malpractice and nursing home litigation that informs his strategic approach to case development and defense. He has first and second chair trial experience in medical malpractice matters and other general personal injury matters.
Nate earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he attended on a full-ride scholarship and was a finalist in the Nevada Justice Association Mock Trial Competition. He participated in moot court through the Boyd Law School Society of Advocates. He received his Bachelor of Science in Management, magna cum laude, from Southern Utah University.
Outside of his legal practice, Nate is active in community service and volunteering within his community and church.
