Neil C. Evans
Partner
Neil C. Evans is a partner at Messner Reeves LLP where his practice focuses on appellate, corporate, crisis management, intellectual property, labor & employment, litigation, real estate, retail, restaurants and hospitality, banking and financial institutions, entertainment & sports law, tax, healthcare, insurance defense, and criminal defense.
A litigator since 1982, he brings substantial experience to Messner Reeves clients today, having tried over 100 jury trials to verdict, over 1000 court trials, thousands of depositions, and hundreds of binding arbitrations in his practice areas.
Neil received his bachelor’s degree from UCLA, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the Saint Thomas More Law Honor Society and the editor of the Loyola Law Review.
He maintains a California license and is admitted to practice before the Central District of California and Eastern District of California United States District Courts. He’s an active member of the California State Bar, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys managing his large real estate portfolio and collecting antique cars and pinball machines.
