Lindsey Pho is an associate at Messner Reeves LLP. She concentrates her practice in business litigation, including commercial breach of contract disputes and related tort actions, in both federal and state courts.

Lindsey is dedicated to her clients and her primary goal is to find the most efficient and cost-effective means to resolve a dispute or problem for her clients.

After receiving her B.A. from UCLA, Lindsey attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where she graduated with a concentration in Intellectual Property. While in law school, she was a certified intern at USD’s Landlord Tenant clinic, representing tenants and negotiating on their behalf. She was also a commercial litigation intern at 11 Stone Buildings, a barristers chambers in London.

She is an active member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association – Silicon Valley (APABA-SV) and is a committee member of the Women in Law Committee.

When not serving her clients, you can find Lindsey hiking, biking, snowboarding, kayaking, swimming, and practicing yoga. She became a certified yoga instructor in April 2016.
