Sebastian Vollkommer
Associate
Sebastian A. Vollkommer is an associate at the New York City office of Messner Reeves, where his practice focuses on litigation, labor and employment, and appellate matters.
Sebastian represents clients in complex commercial litigation, with particular experience in construction-related disputes, including design contract issues, defect claims, and delay cases. He has worked with design professionals and contractors to resolve high-stakes contract disputes and regularly handles matters at all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, court appearances, and settlement negotiations.
Before joining Messner Reeves, Sebastian practiced at other firms, where he focused on labor law, construction defect litigation, and commercial litigation.
Sebastian earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2022, where he was a member of the Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute, the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society, and the Law & Entrepreneurship Society. He also earned his B.S. in Economics from St. John’s University in 2019.
