Stephanie N. McConkie is an associate attorney with the Denver office of Messner Reeves, where her practice focuses on labor and employment issues, litigation, and medical malpractice. Within her practice, she assists a broad range of clients through every stage of litigation, from discovery and trial preparation to post-litigation motions and post-grant proceedings.

Prior to joining the team at Messner Reeves, she developed substantial litigation experience serving as an intellectual property and commercial litigation associate. Stephanie also clerked for Judge Andrew P. McCallin at the Denver District Court.

As a first-generation attorney, Stephanie is passionate about creating a supportive network for young diverse attorneys. An active member of the Colorado legal community, Stephanie is the Secretary to the Asian Pacific American Bar Association and 2nd Vice President and ABA Delegate for the Denver Bar Association. She also serves on the University of Denver’s Law Alumni Council.

Stephanie holds a J.D. with a focus on intellectual property law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology from Central Michigan University, where she served as a biochemistry research assistant.

She earned numerous scholarships for her legal education, including the University of Denver Sturm College of Law Provost’s Scholarship, the Brownstein Hyatt Endowed Scholarship, and the Anheuser-Busch Minoru Yasui Law School Scholarship.
