Congratulations to Christina Mundy on Successful Defense Verdict

Messner Reeves LLP congratulates Las Vegas Partner Christina Mundy on her recent defense win!

The case centered around a parking lot incident, in which the client was backing out of a parking space and ran into the plaintiff, who was seeking $2.2 million in damages. The ruling went in favor of the defense, with no damages awarded. In addition, the plaintiff was found to be 40% comparatively negligent in the incident.

Christina Mundy’s practice focuses on the defense of employment, professional and medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, hospitality/retail, tort liability, and business tort matters across the state of Nevada. She has represented a number of hotels, casinos, restaurants and nightclub venues — including Fortune 500 companies – in a wide range of litigated matters.
