Partner Christina Mundy is a seasoned trial attorney and her practice focuses on the defense of employment, corporate, and catastrophic injury defense matters across the state of Nevada. She is often called upon by clients for crisis management assistance and “bet the company” litigation.  Christina is experienced in every aspect of litigation and trial, from jury selection to cross-examination to summation.

Managing Partner Katherine Turpen has been defending physicians and healthcare professionals against claims of medical malpractice and professional negligence for over 20 years. She is a dedicated trial lawyer with a deep understanding of what it takes to best defend her clients.
