Kathleen Carter Receives 2025 Lawyer Network Annual Award for Employment Disputes Expert of the Year in California

Messner Reeves LLP Partner Kathleen Carter was recently named Employment Disputes Expert of the Year in California – 2025 by The Lawyer Network.

The Lawyer Network’s Annual Awards celebrate those attorneys who have shown excellence in both expertise and service throughout the prior year. Attorneys must be nominated for consideration, and then undergo detailed scrutiny to make it to a short list of five for each category. Those five nominees are then evaluated by an independent panel to determine the final winners.

Practicing in the Orange County office, Partner Kathleen Carter has over 30 years of experience in complex litigation and case management. Her expertise spans employment law and consumer actions, as well as commercial disputes for corporations and companies large and small. Kathleen is highly skilled in case management, and she regularly assists clients with identifying potential risk exposure and then devising processes and strategies to reduce that exposure.
