Messner Reeves LLP Partner Kimberley Cronin was recently featured on the Transition to RIA  podcast episode, “What is Messner Reeves?” as part of the podcast’s ongoing Vendor Profile series focused on solution providers powering the registered investment advisory (RIA) model.

In the podcast, host Brad Wales talks with Kimberley about the firm and how she and other attorneys work with advisors in transition. They discussed the timing of when advisors should reach out to an attorney, the value of having the right attorney through the transition process, and how the process works.

“This is a very highly regulated industry,” says Kimberley. “I think it’s very important for advisors to understand that with any move that you make it’s going to be very important to have the right resources around you.”
