As the highest certification level, this classification underscores our unwavering dedication to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion within our leadership ranks.
In order to obtain this certification, Messner Reeves underwent 18 months of rigorous tracking and specific criteria measurement. This stringent process requires regular reporting to the Diversity Lab, multiple audits and accountability check-ins, and participation in monthly knowledge-sharing forums, ensuring full transparency throughout the process.
Achieving the Mansfield Midsize Certification Plus not only indicates Messner Reeves meets or exceeds baseline certification requirements, but we also successfully reached at least 30 percent representation of women lawyers, underrepresented racial and ethnic lawyers, LGBTQ+ lawyers and lawyers with disabilities in leadership and governance roles, equity partner promotions and more.
