Messner Reeves LLP Supports the 2025 COFPA Golf Tournament

Messner Reeves LLP is proud to be a Silver Partner of the Colorado Financial Planners Association (COFPA), and to support the organization’s 2025 Golf Tournament, held July 14, 2025.
An avid supporter of COFPA, Denver Partner Kimberley Cronin manned a networking table during the tournament, and has been involved with the organization for many years. Associate Ben Asser and Summer Associate Jack Cronin played in the tournament.

Associate Ben Asser is a member of the Corporate practice group, and focuses on an array of corporate matters from entity formation to governance to mergers & acquisitions and real estate. He has experience in retail, restaurants, and hospitality law as well as entrepreneurial law, and regularly assists with compliance and licensing matters.
