Messner Reeves is honored to be awarded the prestigious Midsize Mansfield Certification Plus. This award reinforces our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within our firm and leadership ranks.

As one of less than 80 law firms to attain this prestigious certification, we have dedicated ourselves to promoting diversity in our leadership. Over the past 18 months, we actively tracked and measured specific criteria which was reported with Diversity Lab to achieve this significant milestone.

The Midsize Mansfield Certification Plus, is an extension of the renowned Mansfield Rule. “Certified Plus” status recognizes that Messner Reeves not only considers a broad slate of underrepresented talent for leadership roles, we have achieved diversity in leadership.  This is a significant accomplishment.

Launched as a pilot in 2017 with 35+ inaugural U.S. large law firms and now having grown to 300+ U.S., Canada, and UK midsize and large law firms as well as 80+ legal departments, the goal of Mansfield is to boost the representation of historically underrepresented lawyers in leadership.
