A Los Angeles Superior Court jury tried this matter over eleven days. The plaintiff initially demanded $23 million from the jury, accounting for millions spent on past medical treatment and millions proposed for future treatment. Even after the defense admitted liability for the motor vehicle accident during the eleven-day trial, the jury completely sided with our client.
