Messner Reeves Partner Valerie Bromley Moderates Denver Hospitality Summit Panel

On May 21, 2024 Greenwood Village Partner Valerie Bromley moderated five panelists in a discussion of “Live, Work, Play: Principles for Effective Mixed-Use Development” at the Denver Hospitality & Mixed-Use Summit.

Composed of hospitality executives, an architect and Denver City Council member, the panel focused on topics related to unlocking urban potential, fostering community engagement, and creating authentic experiences.

Messner Reeves also sponsored the summit, which explored strategies that developers, hospitality professionals, city and government officials, architects, engineers, lawyers, and others can employ together to promote successful multifaceted spaces that attract tourists without hurting the community.

Valerie Bromley is a Partner in the Greenwood Village office, and focuses her practice on real estate and issues pertaining to the retail, restaurant and hospitality industries. She is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience representing both tenants and landlords, and has successfully negotiated intricate commercial, office and industrial leases in several countries.
