The entire Messner Reeves team is pleased to announce that Jason Martinez has been promoted to
non-equity partner at the firm.
Jason works in our Las Vegas branch, having been with us since 2021. He is an asset to our firm, focusing
his practice on the areas of:
Jason has extensive experience arguing complex and novel issues in both State and Federal court,
extending to matters of first impression in Nevada. He has also been involved in numerous appellate
processes, including appellate briefing and even arguments before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on
three separate occasions, once ending in a published decision in his client's favor. In addition, Jason
represents clients in matters involving:
He is a 2013 J.D. Case Western Reserve University graduate. He also obtained a B.S. in Economics in
2009 from the University of Nevada, Reno.
