Messner Reeves Sponsors 2025 NALCP Conference

Messner Reeves LLP was proud to sponsor the 2025 National Association of Licensing and Compliance Professionals (NALCP), held October 14 – 17 in Austin, Texas.

Associates Sam Harden and Ben Asser, and Licensing Paralegal Kelley Kiesling, attended the conference on behalf of the firm. The NALCP is a professional trade association of in-house professionals specializing in complex retail liquor licensing and compliance matters and other regulatory issues. The annual conference features the industry speakers and panelists, interactive roundtable sessions, and networking with members and alcohol regulators from across the nation.

Associate Ben Asser focuses his practice on corporate matters, including regulatory compliance for hospitality industry clientele. With a background in corporate hospitality management, Ben has a unique perspective on the legal issues facing restaurants and hotels.

Associate Sam Harden focuses his practice on corporate transactions and employment compliance, providing businesses with advice for minimizing risk while advancing their best interests. He regularly helps with state and federal compliance issues, including liquor and tobacco licensing.
