Jim Smith
President
As President, Jim oversees all business operations for the firm. He is committed to fostering an entrepreneurial culture that promotes and empowers the firm’s attorneys and staff to take ownership in driving value for the business and its clients, while making a positive impact in its surrounding communities.
He graduated from the University of Colorado – School of Business in 1989 and has extensive experience in Finance, Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Client Retention, and Real Estate.
Jim and his wife Pam have raised four children who have excelled professionally, academically, and athletically. They remain active in the community through various charitable organizations.
